How we handle your email

Pick the sight. The food is already there.

  1. Explore

Pick a region, a city, then the place you came to see.

  2. Attraction

The halal spots near it are already listed, with the straight line distance and how we know.

  3. Food list

Select the ones you like and drop them into a list.

  4. Saved list

Arrange the list into a day, download the city, and take the whole thing with you.

Make a little room to pause.

Some places deserve a moment before the next thing.

The app lets you stay with one for as long as you like, with sound if you want it and none if you do not.

Leave whenever you are ready. Nothing is counting.

Place pause

Somewhere famous. Somewhere quieter.

Thirty cities, each with the places worth going to and the halal food around every one.

Keep the places. Shape the trip.

Save a spot from anywhere. Arrange the ones you want into days, across more than one city.

Share a list or a day as one link; your dates and your notes stay private unless you turn them on.

Prepare before you go.

Download a city once and everything works on a plane, in a basement, and on a foreign SIM you have not set up yet.

Opening a place in Maps, sharing a link and signing in still need a connection.

Halal, with how we know.

Every spot carries how we know. We classify halal status ourselves, from what we could find, and each listing says which tier it landed in and why.

None of it is a halal certification, and we say so on every card. Ask at the restaurant if it matters to you.

Questions

  • Where can I explore?

Thirty cities in ten countries today, listed below, with the places worth going to in each one. We add cities one at a time and check them ourselves.

  • Do I need an account?

No. Everything works without one. Sign in only if you want your lists to follow you to a new phone or to share a list as a link.

  • Does it work offline?

Yes, once you download a city. Opening a place in Maps, sharing and signing in need a connection.

  • Is there a map?

Not in this release. You browse by region, city and place, and the app never asks for your location. Directions open in Google Maps.

  • Are the restaurants certified halal?

No blanket claim. Every listing says how we know and which tier it landed in, and partial halal menus are marked as such. Ask at the restaurant if it matters to you.

  • Can I share a plan?

Yes. A list or a day becomes one link that opens on the web for people without the app. Dates and notes are off by default.

  • Can I turn the sound off?

Yes. Sound is optional, mute is remembered, and the app respects your reduced-motion setting.
